1. About this policy
Nimzle is an Android puzzle game developed by Engagetal Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, New Delhi, India. This policy explains the information handled by the offline Android game and when you contact us about it. The app’s package name is com.engagetal.nimzle.
Visits to the Engagetal website and use of our hiring or other online services are covered separately by our website privacy policy. Nimzle is an entertainment game; its player profile is not a medical assessment or a validated psychometric test.
2. Information stored on your device
Nimzle stores your chosen player name, settings, scores, stars, unlocked levels, campaign progress, practice history and gameplay statistics in the app’s local storage. Statistics are used to display your in-game player profile. You can use a nickname; your legal name is not required.
This information personalises greetings and results, saves your preferences and lets you continue playing. The current app does not require an online account or send your player name, profile, progress or gameplay statistics to Engagetal’s servers.
3. Permissions, advertising and analytics
The game uses Android’s vibration permission for optional haptic feedback. You can disable haptics in Settings. It does not request internet access or access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or shared photo library. Sharing a result does not require broad storage access.
Nimzle contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Engagetal does not sell your personal information. Android, Google Play and services you choose to use may process information independently under their own policies; this is separate from Nimzle’s local gameplay storage.
5. Optional diagnostics
If you open the in-app diagnostics screen, Nimzle displays technical details such as its app version and build type, Android version, device manufacturer and model, audio status, and app or system haptic settings. Diagnostics are generated locally and are not automatically sent to Engagetal.
Choosing Copy places these details on your device’s clipboard. If you then paste them into an email or another app, that service handles the information. Only send the details needed to explain your issue.
6. Your choices, retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you change or delete it. You can:
- Change your name in the game’s Settings.
- Adjust feedback by changing music, sound effects, volume, haptics and reduced-motion settings.
- Reset progress to clear levels, stars, player-profile statistics and practice history. Your player name and sound preferences remain.
- Remove all local data by clearing Nimzle’s storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app. This removes the locally stored name, preferences and progress.
The app has no online account to close and no Engagetal cloud save from which deleted progress can be restored. Previously shared results and support correspondence are handled separately as explained in this policy.
7. Android backup and device transfer
The current Android app disables app backup and configures its data to be excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer. Operating-system and device-manufacturer behaviour can vary. Nimzle does not provide an Engagetal cloud-backup or synchronisation service.
8. Website visits and support messages
Website links open in your external browser. Visiting this website is an online interaction, even though Nimzle gameplay works offline. Website hosting, browser requests and other website services are covered by our website privacy policy and the relevant providers’ policies.
If you email hello@engagetal.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or diagnostic details you choose to send. We use these to respond and resolve your enquiry. Our email service provider processes correspondence to deliver the service.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. You can use the same email address to request access, correction or deletion of your support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about information sent to us, contact us at that address.
9. Security
Local game data is stored within the application’s storage and benefits from Android’s app isolation. Nimzle does not upload its local profile or progress to Engagetal. No storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its date. Any material change that requires an in-app notice or consent will be handled in the app as appropriate.
