Your questions, answered.

What seniority level are you looking for?
Mid-level and above — typically 3+ years of experience and the ability to own features end-to-end. If you're earlier in your career and want to get there, check out our Fellowship Program.
Do I need to be a certain stack?
No. We hire engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, data, ML, infra, and AI — in most modern stacks. What matters is depth in at least one area and the ability to learn adjacent tooling.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Joining the pool is free. We make money from the companies hiring through us, not from engineers.
How long does the vetting take?
Typically one to two weeks end-to-end. Technical assessment is self-paced (about 3 hours of focused work), followed by a 60-minute live interview scheduled at your convenience.
What if I don't pass the first time?
You get clear feedback on where you fell short and can reapply after six months. Many of our current pool members passed on their second attempt.
Can I stay at my current job while in the pool?
Yes. You set your own availability and pickiness. Some engineers are passively open; others are actively looking. We only send matches when you're interested.
