What's the process of hiring through Engagetal?
Four steps. You answer five questions about the role, we use AI to curate the top four pre-vetted developers, you interview them on your own schedule, and we handle contracts, payroll, health coverage, and hardware ship-out once you decide.
What kinds of engagements do you offer?
Full-time and contract, permanent or fixed-term. We handle payroll and compliance in 40+ countries, so engagement type is your call — not an operational headache.
Are there upfront recruiting or contractual costs?
None. You only pay once a hire is made, on a transparent month-to-month basis. No retainers, no placement fees, no multi-year lock-ins.
What if the match doesn't work out?
Tell your hiring consultant. We'll work to resolve it and, if genuinely incompatible, you can terminate with a month's notice and we'll re-match you free of charge.
Is there a limit to how many developers we can interview?
No. Interview as many of our vetted developers as you'd like, on any role, for any number of positions.
How do you ensure quality at scale?
