We build the teams that build what's next.
Engagetal Solutions is a New Delhi company with two parts that feed each other: a vetted network of engineering and go-to-market talent that companies hire from, and the Engagetal Fellowship, which trains people to the standard that network demands.
Talent is everywhere. Trust isn't.
Hiring is famously broken on both sides. Teams spend weeks sifting CVs, run interview loops that test things nobody does at work, and still mis-hire. Candidates send applications into black holes, get ghosted after take-homes and field a stream of poorly targeted recruiter messages.
We think the deeper issue is simpler than the industry treats it: there is no trustworthy layer between companies and candidates. Most of what connects them is noise, because nobody has done the work of evaluating anyone properly before introducing them.
Engagetal is that layer. We vet people carefully, once, across the skills their job actually requires, and keep their profiles current. When a company needs someone, it meets four people we have already said yes to. And when someone is not yet at that level, the Fellowship gives them a serious way to get there.
One network, two ways in.
When I started Engagetal in August 2025, I wanted to fix something I kept seeing from both sides of the table. Companies were desperate for good people and could not find them. Good people were everywhere and could not get seen. The gap between the two was filled with CV keyword filters, recruiter spam and interviews that measured the wrong things.
So we built the thing we wished existed: a network where every person has been properly vetted, by people, against the work they will actually do. Then we noticed that many of the most promising applicants were not quite ready yet, and that nobody was offering them a serious, affordable way to close the gap. That became the Fellowship.
We have made some deliberate choices along the way. We read every application. We charge companies only when a hire works out, and Fellows only if we place them. We are not publishing Fellowship outcome statistics yet, because with a few cohorts any percentage we quoted would be a number dressed up as evidence. When we have enough history for the figures to mean something, we will publish them, including the ones we do not like.
If you are hiring, I hope we can save you months. If you are building your career, I hope we can help you do work you are proud of. Either way, I would love to hear from you.
Six principles we hold ourselves to.
People read every application
No keyword filters and no automated rejections, for companies, candidates or Fellows.
Test the real work
Code reviews and systems exercises, real GTM cases, scoped work samples. Not trivia or puzzles.
Aligned incentives
Half our hiring fee depends on the hire staying six months. The ISA pays us only if we place you.
Honesty over hype
We would rather under-promise. We say what we do not know, and we do not guarantee jobs.
Depth over breadth
Fewer topics, taught properly. One language learned well beats ten touched lightly.
Remote-first, writing-first
We run on clear documents and async work, and we train people to do the same.
Young company, clear direction.

Engagetal is founded
Incorporated in New Delhi as Engagetal Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, starting with vetted engineering talent for remote teams.
The first Fellowship cohorts
Cohorts 01 and 02 train engineers, and the Income Share Agreement launches so Fellows can join with ₹0 upfront.
Cohort 03, now with two tracks
A part-time, four-month format, with Software Engineering + AI/ML and a new Go-To-Market track, alongside go-to-market talent in the network.
Publishing what we learn
Outcome reporting once the cohorts are large enough to mean something.
The fine print, in plain sight.
Your next great hire is already vetted.
Tell us the role in five questions. We come back with four profiles who have cleared every stage of our screening, and you only pay when someone joins.
